The NTN Partnership has been Ashridge
Management College’s nominated Quantity Surveyor for more than 15 years.
Our projects have included the
two phase expansion to the College’s teaching and accommodation facilities.
Phase 1 being the £2.2 million development of their ‘New Building’, comprising
30 new bedrooms, coffee lounge, teaching rooms and syndicate rooms. The
project was let on a traditional basis. The project itself had to reflect the
sensitive surroundings of the current college, this was achieved by a balance
between a strong modern design and the use of a traditional brick envelope.
