  Commercial & Warehouse Properties, obtained planning permission after years of 
  frustrations for the illustrated, mixed-use development of six luxury 
  penthouses, 1200 mē of offices and 600 mē of ground floor retail. The 
  management of the project had to take into account the sensitivity of the 
  site, which is surrounded by sound recording studios. The design, by Avanti 
  Architects, involved the demolition of the existing, partially-built 
  superstructure, but with the retention of the piling system and perimeter 
  basement retaining wall, with the addition of 50 more piles to accommodate the 
  new structure.
The NTN 
  Partnership were also commissioned for the Category A fit out of the 
  office space.
