Since the inception
of Cambridge Science Park in 1970 The NTN Partnership has been retained
as the Quantity Surveyors by Trinity College Cambridge. Development has
involved high-tech office and laboratory facilities as well as conference
facilities and substantial Childcare Nursery facilities for park employees. We
are currently involved in several schemes totalling £18.0m with further
schemes due to commence shortly. Over the last 31 years we have been involved
in schemes totalling hundreds of millions of pounds.
In recent years The NTN
Partnership have promoted a ‘partnering’ philosophy with both the design
team, contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers.
